Our core values encourage students (young chefs) and teachers (chefs) to develop strong relationships while expanding their culinary abilities.
Through small groups and active participation, our young chefs expand their social skills outside their usual day-to-day situations and develop personal relationships with kids of different ages.
We encourage independent learning of life skills (through reading comprehension of recipes, math skills, food knowledge and social interactions) by empowering students to take on responsibilities in the kitchen.
In our program, children explore healthy new foods, learn ways to prepare them and incorporate the new dishes into their daily eating habits.
